Snags

Feasted on some gorgeous Italian bangers for brekkie this morning. On the weekend, my wife and I enjoy sharing a breakfast at one of our local cafes, it's a real joy to relax and start the day in this way.
Luckily, we're spoilt for choice around where we live.

Romance

Just had Valentine's Day and I enjoyed spoiling my darling wife. I had arranged for some roses to be delivered to her work and in the evening I took her out for a splendid intimate meal, overlooking the harbour. Being a poet, I of course also penned a love-filled verse for my sweetheart.

At work that day, I asked a few of my male colleagues whether they'd be doing anything special for their other halves. One said: "Not really. I'm having a meal cooked for me." Another one said his girlfriend of eight years didn't really expect any special attention from him anymore. Lastly, an Italian male colleague started whingeing about Valentine's Day being commercial nonsense. I thought to myself, it's a sad day when the Italians no longer believe in romance. Surely, that cannot be?

We-Vibe

Fun and games is pretty good, isn't it? Of course, I can already hear you say that life is not always just filled with fun and games. Obviously, I am quite aware of this, my dear reader. But just because we as adults find our lives replete with responsibilities and mundane demands on our time, that does by no stretch of of the imagination have to mean that we can no longer have fun, or just play, if you will.

Many couples have incorporated fun toys such as the we-vibe into their regular amorous pursuits and have thus enhanced their pleasure and mutual enjoyment.

By all means check out the we-vibe 3 as well, while you are at it (pardon the pun..) and see if it might be something you would like to play around with. All work and no play makes Jack and Jill a dull boy and girl, after all.

Woe is her

With friends like Bob Brown..Gillard doesn't need Tony Abott. The leader of the looney left Green Party, Bob Brown, has announced that our hapless PM Julia Gillard is being treated unfairly. Criticism of her myriad of failed policies is tantamount to, cue the magic word..sexism. Hey Presto. So she's not doing bad job on  her own accord, she's just being treated badly by her opponents because she is a woman. So in a ludicrous roundabout way, Brown is saying that the reason we have such a woeful government and such a weak and disastrous PM is because our Brave Leader is a woman. Who's being sexist here? She can't hide behind such ridiculous efforts at passing the buck. I suspect she won't thank Brown for leaping to her defense in a manner of speaking by suggesting she should cower and say to the nasty Liberals: 'Stop picking on me, I'm only a girlie.'

With friends like these..
