Last night I enjoyed a late night snack in the guise of cheese on toast. I used some garlic mayonaise and English mustard and the result was a feast for the senses. Sometimes the nicest thing is just a piece of bread with something nice on it. Sometimes a sandwich will just hit the spot. Another nice snack I like is a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of milk.
