Dope? Brown says 'Nope'..

Our austere PM will likely seek to re-classify cannabis to a Class B drug. Might be a good idea considering the psychosis-inducing strength of skunk weed nowadays. Still think that binge drinking is a bigger problem than binge-munchies, though.
