My image of lentils was never a really positive one. I think of Neil from 'The Young Ones' who wouldn't eat anything else and the whole greeny hippie vibe is one that just doesn't appeal to me. But, last night my wife cooked a lovely chicken dish with lentils and it was really really nice. Just goes to show; you can never tell and you shouldn't judge too quickly either. This sounds like a job for...Lentil Man!
