Had my usual lazy breakfast at Oliver's, our local greasy spoon. By now they know me in there. Each and every Sunday morning I'll turn up and order 'my usual', which is a small English breakfast, comprising of bacon, egg, sausage, beans, fried mushrooms, potatoes and toast.
