Rudd

I find our Australian Prime Minister quite intriguing but in a decidedly odd sort of way I have to add immediately. It wouldn't surprise me if he were one day 'outed' as a droid or an artificial lifeform of some description. He seems so squeaky clean it's not funny. He's almost laminated and seems boyish in a very geeky sort of way. I don't really mind him as he does seem a break from the usual slightly thuggish type of Australian politician and that's quite refreshing.
If politics and law fascinate you, check out certificate paralegal

.
And perhaps he's human after all if his agressive outburst over a sandwich he was served on an RAAF flight is any gauge. After all, no one likes a dodgy sandwich, I think you must agree.
Kevin (Kevin?), you're an enigma.

Dumplings

Just went to my favourite Chinese dumpling place last week and, as always, really enjoyed it. The steamed and fried dumplings were wonderful as ever, washed down with a nice brisk Crown Lager. The manageress there is a real character. A young woman whom I am sure will grow up to be one of those humourous feisty Chinese woman you just wouldn't mess with on any account. Great fun.

Great site for articles

Don’t you just love information? I love finding out about things in which I’m interested and learning more. I hope to keep learning for the rest of my life. There is just so much great stuff to find out about, when you think about it. And, of course, resorting to the vast resources of the internet is easier than ever before.
That is where I found www.web-articles.info which is a great source of informative and insightful articles about just about anything.

For instance, I read a great article entitled The Cable Guy which was all about television and the various formats, including great information on new television technologies such as high definition and much, much more besides.

After all, it can be a tad dazzling these days where things such as television is concerned. There are just so many options and sometimes the tech jargon gets in the way of understanding what you are looking into, to be honest.

Personally, I love television. There, I have said it. I used to love settling down in front of the box and just escaping for a while, far removed from the cares of daily life. I also love good writing and fine articles and that is why I enjoyed reading the article mentioned above. I soaked it up like a veritable sponge, keen to find out more and more.

There was also another article about newspaper and magazine advertising that I enjoyed reading. Check out this site for the best articles on the web.

Custom bike gear

Owning and driving a great car is, let’s face it, pretty cool. But to be honest it does not compare to riding a motor bike. There is just something special about riding a great motor bike and the sense of freedom that inevitably comes with it. Bikes are pretty darn cool, that is a fact.

But, of course you can enhance the look of your bike by customising your beloved two wheeler. If you need some great sportbike gear then head on over to RideGear.Com, where you will find everything you need.

Riding a bike is the best thing in the world. Customising your bike with some great gear is a great idea. Go for it!

Glorious food

Stuff

Working hard these days. Like a dog. Well, not quite that bad. But I'm working in two places and am feeling like I'm flat out these days. If I'm not in one place I'm somewhere else, if that makes sense, which it probably doesn't as it doesn't make sense to me either. Oh well.. never mind. Heigh-ho, and all that jazz..

Kransky Sisters

Went to see the Kransky Sisters last night, at the Playhouse theatre in Sydney. I had never seen them before but was impressed. It's an odd idea for a performance, three strange sisters from strange Esk in Queensland who perform renditions of songs they heard on 'the wireless'. The result is a bizarre set consisting for instance of Staying Alive as you've never heard it before. The spoken performances are just as witty and entertaining. Great stuff! Not to keen to visit Esk, though..

The perfect wedding destination

Good news reached from the other side of the world to the effect that my niece is getting married. That’s right; she’s getting hitched and she will be an honest woman. Well, she was pretty honest already, mind you. They have a great honeymoon planned and I am sure that they will be very happy together.

They could do worse than choose one of the destination weddings at one of the Karisma hotels in beautiful Mexico. Now, that would be quite something, for to be sure.

The wedding packages at the Karisma hotels were designed with true love in mind. The sunshine, the glorious beaches, swaying palm trees; it is just a slice of heaven for love birds.

Obama fever

Is it me or is the Obama hype slowly abating? Talk about heightened expectations. The leftoids were creaming their panties when Obama got in, secure in the knowledge that this guy would be the best president ever. How could he not be? There was something cultish or Messianic about the frenzy surrounding his inauguration. Personally, I think it's a good thing for the US that he got in and I wish him well. What expectations! Good luck, Sir.

Your rare coin collection

Quite honestly, I believe that we can safely say that there is a wide range of things to invest in and enjoy the process of collecting. I think everyone can agree with that assertion. Nonetheless, I happen to also think we can say that certain investments are more secure than a number of others, to be honest. Obviously, in addition to all this there are some investment options that are quite simply a whole lot more fun to be involved with, believe me.

Think about the option of investing in a rare coin collection. Let me tell you at this point that collecting rare coins is a hugely fun and eminently sound investment. But then how do you go about collecting rare coins? Consider using Monaco Rare Coin who can really help you out.

Article on website content

An awful lot of people nowadays will have at least one website that they run and maintain. This could very well be a blog or a business website or a website detailing a service they offer to the public. Also, lots of people are engaged in updating their employer’s company website pages in the capacity of web editor in some way or another. It certainly is not that difficult to set up your own website and try to keep it fresh and stimulating as there just happens to be a lot of help and advice out there you get you going with establishing and maintaining an excellent website.

I have been keeping several blog websites for many years and I have to say that I always enjoyed it. I like trying to find new content and will also endeavour to write stimulating entries that my readers may well find interesting. After all, if you have a website you will want your visitors to return to your site, preferably over and over again.

But sometimes it helps to get some professional take on this. I came across a great article with tips for website content and it was a real eye opener. The article deals in depth with lots of aspects of a successful website and how to achieve this. There are tips on spelling, lay out and how to retain visitors. Anyone with a website should check out this excellent article.

Michael Jackson and Media ghouls

The media services were going crazy over the weekend, panting at the chance to regurgitate the details of Michael Jackson's strange life and premature demise. I tend to cringe at the excitement of the reporters when something supposedly major like this happens. Jackson had, of course, been an amazing talent and I still love seeing some of the early bouncy stuff when he was the undisputed star of the Jackson Five. There was so much talent and so much joy in those young eyes.

His later work didn't appeal to me, nor did his style. I did like 'Billy Jean' but the much-hyped Thriller left me cold. And his squeaky voice urging me to believe that he was "Bad" just seemed silly. A bizarre life, certainly, with many disturbing questions to which the dedicated fans always seemed immune. There was always something strangely cultish about his fans. I always worried about the unstable young boys dressing like Michael, forever practicing the Moonwalk.

No doubt we'll hear much more in the days and weeks to come. Shame is that I already had enough.

Accor hotels

Irananian waves

So, who knows what's going to happen in Iran in the wake of the controversial election results. It certainly looks like the Iranian people are up for a challenge to the regime. Perhaps you just can't keep a good people down. I've always been quite impressed with the Iranian people I've met over the years. They were invariably intelligent and highly educated and I've known several ladies from Iran who had those characteristic noble features. I can't quite explain that but I can usually tell an Iranian woman from her elegant looks. I hope the religious nutters won't go too medieval on the people. I think the people are fed up with their nation being treated like an international pariah due to the clerics and the powers that be.

Asbestos exposure

There are no guarantees in life, that much is certain. And in most people’s lives some tragedy of some kind or another will occur. Good health is of course one of the most important factors when it comes to living a happy and fulfilled life. And as I said you just never know what’s around the corner, both in a positive sense and more sadly also in a negative way.

Disease is something most of us will have to deal with in one way or another at some stage. But what makes disease more tragically unfair is in the case of for instance exposure to asbestos which occurred in many industries. In industries such as ship building, construction or auto industries asbestos exposure often took place and workers subsequently may have developed a very serious form of cancer named mesothelioma. The horrible thing is that industries were aware of the dangers of exposure to asbestos before the danger was made public.

Settlements could be attained if you have a good and assertive Mesothelioma Lawyer after all people often end up in dire needs after contracting this severe disease. Having access to a good mesothelioma lawyer can make all the difference.

These industries need to be made aware that they cannot get away with causing such awful pain and suffering to workers.

Gold. Do you remember the Spandau Ballet song? They sang the praises of gold and its associated feeling of wealth and good fortune. Of course, gold is a real thing and not just an eighties song title. It just happens to be one of the very best investment option available and always has been at that. You can invest in gold in coin or ingot form and it certainly is a very safe and secure investment option, the experts all agree on that, so much is certain.

You should check out Monaco rare coin if you are interested in coins or bullion. It will be immediately apparent how this could be of great benefit to you.

Cheesy maestro

I have been amazed at how popular the Dutch musician Andre Rieu is here in Australia. It seems as though people can’t get enough of his romantic classical treatments. I remember him from years ago in Holland and he was loved by ladies of a certain age but the rest of us thought he was just far too cliché and cheesy. Go figure. He was even in an episode of ‘Neighbours’ for crying out loud.

Great film

Just watched To Die For, the Gus van Sant film starring Nicole Kidman. I love that film and I think Nicole Kidman does a great job in portraying the amoral ambitious Suzanne Stone. One of my favourite scenes is where her husband, played by Matt Dillon, holds up a child at a family party and also a hamburger. Referring to the burger he asks Suzanne if she would like one. She says in a too matter of a fact and snide way: “No thanks!” He then points to the child and says: “How about one of these?” Her answer is identical: “No thanks!”

ASCIIBin

Sometimes it pays to pay attention to what’s out there. There is a wealth of information available about technological advances and so it is always a genuine thrill to find a truly useful piece of information that can really help you along. Just the other day I came across a great site about Code Collaboration that really makes a difference.

ASCIIBin is the way to go when it comes to code collaboration. Let me tell you a bit more about ASCIIBin as you may well find it ultimately of great value. The original idea was to come up with some application that would enable computer users to as it were copy and paste between devices and computers. Since that founding idea ASCIIBin has been enhanced to the level where it now a fully fledged Code and Text Collaboration Tool for Debugging purposes.

Have a look for your self to see what it is all about. There are some highly informative videos that will explain in great clarity the many uses of ASCIIBin. Some of the more advanced applications are a paste code with syntax highlighting in over 100 different languages/formats and also Text formating using BBCode as well as for instance Collaboration and Correction System and email reminders.

I wouldn't mind if they had real dogs of a certain size and 'normal' brand but it's all those little lap dog critters that fit inside a handbag. What sort of status symbol is that? I can understand the silver Merc, the swimming pool but those dreadful little dogs? Naff, to say the least.

Rain

I have been revelling in the rain and cooler temperatures recently. It was a tad sad to say goodbye to the really hot weather but on the other hand it is really a bit of a relief. Well, I survived my first real Aussie summer in one piece, I'm glad to say. And now it is down to autumn and winter. I may escape up to FNQ at some stage though and soak up some more rays.

Yamaha ATV issue

We all tend to love our vehicles, be they cars, four wheel drives, motor bikes, or bicycles. And of course we enjoy using these marvellous machines on outings, or just when we go for a ride to chase away the cobwebs, so to speak. But, apart from having fun, which I would argue is imperative, there is another factor that weighs heavily when looking at these pursuits, namely the factor safety. With everything you do on the road or even off road safety has be foremost in your attitude. You can make sure that you your self are a safe and responsible user with regard for your fellow traffic users. This sort of is common sense, I think you will agree.

But sometimes there is a mechanical fault in a new model vehicle and in that case the factor of safety awareness suddenly becomes of paramount importance. And, it goes without saying that a responsible manufacturer will do their utmost to make repairs and if necessary recall the vehicles in question.

Now, then I want to call your attention to a Yamaha Rhino Rollover issue that you may want to be aware of, just to make sure you are not affected. Yamaha has recently had to recall more of the Rhino Side by Side (S+S) ATV vehicles because of a risk of rolling over. These rollovers have caused significant injuries to riders and these have led to lawsuits.

Cat

Still miss my two cats every now and then. They were so lovely to have around. But a few doors down from my building lives a gorgeous black cat with one of those foxy snouty faces. He/she is always very friendly and gives me a nod or greets me with a kind word or two. Aren't cats great? I can see why the Egyptians had the cat goddess Bastet. Quite right..

Stock options trading

Of course, we have all been hearing the news about the economic down turn and the slowing down of the major economies. A lot of people, therefore, will be forced to be more careful with their spending budgets. But, of course, just because the economy is experiencing some upheaval that does not mean you can’t earn good money and make a genuine profit if you know where to look.

You may want to think about, for instance, stock options trading as a means of increasing your capital funds. Check out PowerOptions, which is a great resource for investors whether you are just learning to trade options or whether you are an experienced option trader. Check it out now. It may well be to your advantage.

Dedication II

I managed to sort of watch the first half, dozing off every now and then although it was a good match. It was just to bleedin’ early, dear Diary. Unfortunately, the Blues won the game as well so I was disappointed. Even Stevie G. could not help turn the tide and Chelsea rolled up the match with three goals to one. Blast!

Dedication

Living in Australia you sometimes feel far removed from certain things you were once used to enjoying on a regular basis. One of these is watching Champions League football matches. I loved coming home from work and, after dinner settling in to watch the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal compete on the big stage. So, on Thursday I got up at 4.30 to watch the live coverage of Liverpool versus Chelsea. That’s dedication for you!

Rare coin collecting

Lots of people have fantastic hobbies that they enjoy spending time and money on. For some other people their hobbies have developed into veritable passions. These leisurely pastimes or spare time pursuits can be whatever you like. The options are limitless, really. Some people enjoy collecting postal stamps, others go for long hikes in the country, yet others love reading and writing and so on and so forth.

However, some hobbies can be quite lucrative as well. For instance, if you are into buying and selling rare coins you could really be on to something good. You may want to look for an excellent source to build your very own rare coin collection such as for example Monaco who can present you with opportunities that are available for you on the rare coin market right now. Make sure to check it out because you don’t want to lose out.

Flags

I was reading an entertaining book about Britain entitled Blighty. It was written by Steve Lowe and Alan McArthur. It's a wry look at the places and people in Britain that remain puzzling and sometimes odd in their allure. They visit druids' ceremonies at Stonehenge, ancient pubs rife with local folklore, the giant priapic chalk outline of Cerne Abbas and more besides. They also have a look at Wales, of course, and they mention somewhere that the Welsh flag, featuring the mighty red dragon, is known, at least in Wales, as the world's oldest flag.

I have to admit that this was news to me but I like the notion of this flag with its powerful symbol is so old. If you have to rally to a banner then it might as well be one with a big majestic dragon on it.

I used to live in Somerset, an English county but very close to Wales, and the county's coat of arms or logo also had a dragon in it. No one likes an effete and forgettable symbol. The dragon rules. That's what I say..

Being here

Just over a few months since I landed at Sydney Airport and things are working out rather well. I have my own place, some furniture and am really enjoying myself here. Life just seems a bit easier down here and I am really getting accustomed to a more laid-back attitude to life. Lord knows I could do with unwinding a bit. I think I might get into Tai Chi over here. Yesterday, I went for a swim in the local pool. I think it is all going to work out okay.

A wonderful vacation

Can you tell me: Is there anything in this world better than going somewhere wonderfully romantic for your vacation? Usually, you will want any vacation to be a wonderful one but more importantly now you can stay in a truly outstanding Adults Only Hotelwhich makes your vacation of a lifetime just right, I think you will agree. There are many destinations to choose from when considering where to go for your vacation.

You should certainly check out the white sand beaches of Riviera Maya. You see, the word Karisma comes from the Greek and means ‘divine favour’. Karisma hotels is a group of divinely favoured properties located on stunning white sand beaches on the Mexican Riviera Maya. This is the ultimate destination for a gloriously romantic vacation. This is a silver style vacation option that is certain to impress. Especially, since there is a wonderful emphasis on gourmet-style food choices. Why not go for it!

Footy

Just watched a bit of football. Ronalde was doing his party trick and kicking a free kick with much aplomb. He really is a good player even though he seems like a real so and so. But I suppose if Wayne Rooney can forgive him perhaps he is all right after all. I just don't go in for those coiffed latin players, really. Big girl blouses..

All the leaves are still green

Summer has gone but it's still rather warm. I don't mind it if the weather gets a bit cooler. I'm looking forward to that crisp fresh sunny weather that I experienced here a few years ago when I visited in the month of June. There were some beautiful clear skies then and a wonderful freshness to the air that I breathed. Roll on!

Tennessee beauty schools

I would argue that we all realise that education is an important issue these days and for young people looking for a college or other type of training it is not always easy to find the right path that is suitable for their situation. There are all sorts of people and not every kind of training or schooling will be the right choice. Of course, there is a multitude of schools and colleges to choose from and that in itself, that huge choice of options, is not always a great help.

I want to let you know about these cosmetology schools in tennessee that I have heard about. They are Regency beauty schools and they just happen to be the fastest growing beauty school in the land. They have expanded from a mere two Minnesota schools in 2002 to nearly thirty campuses in a number of states and it looks like they will keep growing in the future, I think we can safely say.

Beer

After a tough day at work I repaired to the pub with a friend for a few schooners. I also enjoyed a nice steak dinner but mostly it was beer o'clock, you won't be surprised. Ah well. I didn't plump for the Fat Yak beer they were advertising. I do have some standards to keep up. Of course, there was rugby on the giant screens, as usual, but I enjoyed letting off steam for a few hours..

The sweetest fragrance

Being a red blooded male subscriber to the human species I can honestly state that there are two things in the world that I find eminently appealing: One is the sound of a woman’s high heels clicking on a marble floor; the other is the fragrance of a stimulating and arousing perfume on a lady’s neck. There, I have said it. The right type of perfume or fragrance can evoke a whole intoxicating world of sensual pleasure and a deep sense of well being and delight.

One of my favourite perfumes remains Chanel No. 5 as I happen to entertain classic tastes and you cannot improve upon perfection. Funnily enough, I also really like the smell of coriander but I don’t know whether that would make for a successful perfume, to be honest.

Check out this great new perfume blog if you want to know more about perfumes and fragrances. It is great site with lots of interesting sections and a wealth of information.

Sleepy time

Oh Morpheus..how sweet is thine embrace. Or: I recently bought a new bed and I find that I am sleeping wonderfully well this week. In the morning I can hardly bring myself to leave the cool sheets and firm mattrass. How soothing it is to have a good night's sleep, it just cannot be underestimated. Sleepy time...yes!

Lombok furniture

A short while ago I moved house, in fact moved to a new country and set up house there all over again. I had to my disposal some of my things and furniture but, of course, I also bought new things for the kitchen and some larger items of furniture. And, it is always fun to decorate a new home with some stylish pieces of furniture. A new sofa or a new wardrobe or a new log basket from the marvellous Lombok will just do the trick.

Check out the wonderful Eastern inspired furniture, lighting and also lots of accessories. There are fabulous items such as lamp shades and also candles, cushions and photo frames. This is a great site if you like your décor to be inspired by the mysterious East. These products are invariably very stylish and will enhance your home to a impressive standard.

Whether you are looking for some great laundry baskets or some great tableware or mirrors, Lombok is the place to go, that is for sure.

I love nice furniture and to choose my own style to decorate my living environment is truly good fun. Especially, when there is a choice of stylish furniture such as on the great website of Lombok. The name itself conjures up a vision of bliss in the Indonesian archipelago or is that just me? Anyway, you really cannot go wrong with this type of furniture.

When it comes to the furniture on offer you will find anything and everything you could possibly need or want. There are beds, bookcases, coffee tables and much, much more. There is also furniture for your conservatory so there is nothing to worry about at all. Anything you could want is right there at Lombok, so check it out now! This really is a most stylish range of Eastern inspired furniture.

Drinks

Went down to the pub for a few drinks yesterday with a friend. We had a good time. The pub has an outdoor area which is nice on a hot day. That is something I am enjoying about living in Australia. You find your self spending a lot of time outside in the open air and that is just a lovely experience. I certainly can't fault it, that much is clear.

Akubra

Now my things from England have arrived I also have my much-loved Akubra hat at my disposal once again. It's great! But I am finding it seems a bit tight around my bonce so I'm trying to widen it a bit by wearing it indoors. I don't think my head has gained weight but who knows? At least I can go about with my Akubra like a fair dinkum Aussie, which I am.

Films

On one television channel there were two back to back films starring Robin Williams. I was interested to see what type of film he was in these days. The first was a slighty tiresome and lame so-called comedy 'RV' or something like that. Not very good at all. The next was a Fargo-clone called 'The Big White' which was more interesting in parts so that was something. Ah well..

Twits

I have never been one for the Facebook and MySpace form of social network. It seems a bit too juvenile and vacuous to me. I'm sure it's allright for the kids, so to speak but there is something about it that doesn't really appeal to me. I suppose you could say the same for Twitter but I found that I started using that a bit on and off. And I'm amazed to find really successful famous people using it as well. It does seem to bring everyone done to a certain level where you can engage with just about anyone who wants to participate. Haven't quite got the hang of just how to use it to maximum effect but it's sort of fun. And that's not bad, now is it?

Emoticons

To me, the internet is a place where I know I can get easy access to a wide variety of information resources. I use online databases, search engines and I like to keep up with the latest news through a number of media outlets. The instant character of the interactive features makes me feel that I am genuinely connected to the outside world whenever I want to be in an instantaneous manner that you just don’t get anywhere else.

But, let us face it, the internet and new technologies can also be downright fun and an enjoyable thing with which to engage. For instance, if you are interested in fun Free Emoticons & Winks then I have just the thing for you. Check out SweetIM where you will find a huge range of emoticons, winks and nudges that work with Yahoo, MSN, AIM and ICQ messenger services. Have a look; they are great!

Property management

Personally, I would always tend to prefer being a home owner rather than rent a house or an apartment. There is something about the feeling of owning your very own home that just appeals to me in a rather big way. Working to aspire to own your own property is just a wonderful way to go. There is nothing like it, truth be told.

If you are looking for the very best in property management in the Ohio area then you may well want to look into the services offered by Real Property Management.

The firm of Real Property Management just happens to specialise in the management of single family homes as well as multi-unit apartment buildings, and of course homeowner’s associations.

Brand

Just a laugh with Russel Brand's appearance on Dave Letterman in November last year. I got to know about Russell Brand when I lived in England. I used to enjoy his infantile yet entertaining brand of humour when he was still hosting a radio show. He seems to be more active in the US recently although he's still doing the old stand-up in the UK as well.

Just woke up and still feel a bit fuzzy. Opened my inbox to find a few nice messages from friends on the other side of the world. I quite like email, I have to admit. Email has made my life more interesting as I find it a near-ideal way to communicate. It's written, which I like, but it is also very fast and smooth. For me, it beats the phone hands down..

Wedding gifts

Most of us have been there and we know all about tying the knot. Is there anything more evocative or romantic that those few words? I don’t think so. I know that I for one really enjoyed my wedding day and that is a man saying this. The day was a wonderful one and I felt really really in love and over the moon at the prospect of spending my married life with just this very girl who meant the world to me.

Farewell to summer?

Summer feels like it is nearing the end. The air feels cooler and the really hot days seem to be winding down. I have heard tell that the months of April usually has really nice weather. We’ll see. I think I may have survived my first Australian summer in one piece, which is nice..

Going out

I like going out in Sydney. Up until now I have mostly been to pubs and have enjoyed jazz bands playing. I have also seen a film a while ago. What I am now keen to do is to see a live comedy performance or a play somewhere. And, let’s not forget about the Opera House. I can’t wait to catch something good there.

Denver restaurant guide

Most people I know enjoy going out for a nice meal in a fine restaurant. Let’s face it: it is always good to wine and dine your special lady or to enjoy a great meal with friends or family. But it is not always easy to know where to find out where the really good restaurant deals are to be found.

No longer is this a problem. For instance, if you are interested in Denver Restaurants then you should check out a great community website that has an abundance of information of offer. It is called Westworld and it has a fantastic restaurant section.

You can find out about Denver restaurants by type of cuisine or price range and also by district. You are sure to find the best current information on that great restaurant to have that special meal.

More fires

Apparently, there are more bushfires raging in Victoria. I do hope these won't be as bad as the ones that wreaked such havoc in that state only so recently. Last Sunday there was an emotional national service that was being broadcasted on television. The country has reeled but has also pulled together in a admirable way.

Sleep regime

With the cool weather coming in it has been a lot nicer to sleep at night. I don't mind the hot weather too much but sleeping when it is sweltering is just not very comfortable. But the cool and rainy weather has really made a difference. I wake up reasonably refreshed and rested and that is just about all that you can ask for, at the end of the day. Sleep, sleep, glorious sleep indeed..

Critters

I am really looking forward to seeing some of the Australian wildlife creatures. People tell me that possums are vermin and pests but I would like to see one for myself. I have seen koalas in a wildlife sanctuary but I would love to see one in real life. I did see kangaroos in different location around the country and that was just wonderful. They are so elegant in the way that they hop around at great speed. They are magnificent animals and a great emblem for our country.

A good night out is always good fun.Is there anything more fun than dressing up for a big night out? It can be such good fun to get dressed up to the nines for a big occasion, such as a wedding or another big event like a reception or gala dinner. I think most ladies will admit to really enjoying such social events and getting dressed properly is certainly part of this.

Aussie television

Television here in Australia is pretty good, at least it's alright. The good thing is that they show an awful lot of British programmes, some of which passed me by the first time around when I lived in England. I have been able to catch up on some great stuff the second time around. One of these is 'The Last Detective', a cop show with Peter Davieson I'm really enjoying. Not too bad at all..
