A most enjoyable weekend now comes to a relaxed end. Just watched the last episode of the marvellous BBC series 'Cranford', which I thoroughly enjoyed following. It's good to know the BBC still want to make some superb television drama, and with such a stellar cast including Dame Judy Dench and others it was a joy to watch the goings on the little Cheshire village of Cranford.
Tomorrow another working week beckons but I will be going to our library's Christmas dinner in the evening. The venue will be a pan-Asian restaurant so perhaps the entourage will be slightly less than Christmassy; at least the food will be nice.
