One thing I miss about Holland is the wonderful mature Gouda cheese I used to enjoy so much. Richly flavoured creamy mature Gouda; just fantastic on a slice of white bread. You can get Gouda cheese here in the United Kingdom but it is usually the young factory processed variety which is not the real deal as far as I am concerned. I will soon spend a few days in Gouda and will surely enough have myself some gorgeous cheese. Hmmm...
