In England people rarely talk about Holland. They just don't seem to have any interest in the country, apart from the usual squalid fascination with its open attitude towards things like drugs and prostitution. France, of course is the neighbouring country with which England has a long-standing fierce rivalry. Countless wars were fought between these two great nations and one spies the other with a strange mixture of suspicion and admiration. But Belgium? To be continued..
