I was just watching a programme on the box about the dreaded Komodo dragon. What a terrible beast! One clip saw a group of them running towards the camera, all claws and muscular limbs. What creepy creatures these lizards really are. I once read a story about a German tourist to the island of Komodo who was warned to be extra vigilant while roaming the countryside. The poor bugger had fallen asleep underneath a tree and ended up dragon food. All that was left of him underneath the tree were his steel-rimmed glasses and his photo camera. Lovely.
