Went to my favourite local Chinese restaurant last night and secured me a nice take-away to munch on. Of course, I ordered dumplings for a starter as I love these little bundles of delight. You get five pork dumplings they are just great. I never thought I would like Dim Sum but it's fantastic. The flavours of the dumplings combined with the sharp tart taste of the accompanying sauce is a treat. And you have to treat yourself every now and then, right?
