A student from my university was on the local news yesterday talking about his recent findings of a giant dinosaur, fossils of which creature had been unearthed in Nigeria. Apparently, this enormous dinosaur had teeth the size of bananas set in incredibly strong jaws. This was no vegan.
Of course they showed some artist's impression of an imposing scene in which the enormo-predator was about to take a big bite out of another giant dinosaur.
But it was good to see this unimposing student talk about his discovery that had, by now, reached international headlines. Not bad publicity for the university either, I might add.
