Sausage

Is there anything better than the great British sausage? Lovely bangers, or as they call them in Oz, snags, can lift a man's heart at breakfast. I really appreciate a full English breakfast every now and then and am glad that I was introduced to this wonderful way of starting the a day off right. Although I have nothing against a croissant and cafe noir either, of course.
