We spent the last week and the Christmas days up in Scotland where we enjoyed the company of family and friends, had a wonderful festive meal and went to see a few sights in the surrounding area. Scotland is such a gorgeous country; wild and very imposing. I would like to go back and explore this magnificent country in more detail. It has given me a taste for the great outdoors, that’s for sure!
